Pre-Hardrock altitude acclimation (PHAA?) included climbing several 14ers, as many as we could do in a week. They were all straightforward and accessible from Denver and Buena Vista.
We started with a fun hike with Ryan and Kelly, up Mt Bierstadt on a beautiful day. We were so happy to be back in Colorado! Wow, is the scenery amazing here, or what?
